5 lbs. chicken thighs | |
Sauce |

1/2 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup wesson oil 1 T. ginger, minced 1 T. garlic, minced 1 T. cornstarch |

Instructions |

Place chicken in baking pan with skin on the bottom. Shake sauce ingredients in a shaker until well blended. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees. Turn over after 30 minutes and pour remaining 1/2 of sauce over chicken and bake another 30 minutes until done. | |
