1/2 cup shoyu (soy sauce) 1/4 cup sake 1 clove garlic, minced 1-1/2 tsp. ginger root, sliced or minced 1 tsp sesame oil (optional) 1 tsp tobascco sauce (optional) |

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate beef for about 1 hour. Broil, turning once and basting occasionally until desired doneness. | |
