Sweet Sour Chicken Drumettes | |
Ingredients | |
5 lbs. Drumettes - sprinkle with garlic
salt and let stand for 30 minutes.
2 eggs Cornstarch |

Sauce |
|
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Japanese vinegar 1/2 cup chicken broth |

Dipping Sauce |
|
3 T. catsup
1/2 t. salt 3 T. shoyu (soy sauce) 1/4 cup mirin |

Instructions |

Beat 2 eggs and roll drumettes in egg and coat with cornstarch. Deep fry. Line drumettes in a 9" x 13" pan and pour sauce over. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn over after 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold with dipping sauce. |
