1/2 can Nam Yai, small size
1/4 t. Lui Fun 5 t. brown sugar green onions, chopped Chinese parsley, chopped (Cilantro) |

Instructions |

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add
1/8 tsp. Chinese coloring (mix).
Marinade duck, inside and outside. Place duck on foil and place in a baking pan. Cover the duck with foil to avoid burning. Bake 350 F for 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil for the last 15 - 20 minutes. |
