Pork Tofu | |
Ingredients | |
1 T. salad oil
1/2 lb. pork, sliced thin 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup soy sauce (shoyu) 1 T. sugar 2 thin sliced ginger, crushed 1 medium carrot, cut in thin strips 5 stalks green onions, cut in one inch lengths 1 block tofu, (firm recommended) cut in one inch cubes |

Instructions |

Heat oil and stir-fry pork. Add water, shoyu, sugar, and ginger. Bring to a boil. Add carrot and green onions and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add tofu and let cook for 4-5 minutes longer. Serve hot. | |
