Pork Chop Polynesian Style Recipe
8 Pork Chops

1/2 cup soy sauce (shoyu)

3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

2 tsp. Vinegar

3 Tbsp Ginger root, grated

1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

1 tsp. msg. (optional)

5 spears fresh pineapple (canned chunks can be used)



Brown Chops in skillet, brushing both sides with shoyu.  Remove to a flat baking dish.  Combine remaining ingredients, except fresh pineapple, and spoon over chops.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, adding sauce as necessary.  Cover dish with foil and cook 15 minutes longer.

Top with pineapple, brush on drippings.
