1 whole fryer
1 T. Hawaiian Rock Salt 1-2 T. Oyster sauce |

Instructions |

Clean chicken. Rub inside and out with Hawaiian Salt and leave 15 minutes. Rub chicken with oyster sauce and leave in a plastic bag overnight in refrigerator. Roast breast side down 1/2 hour at 375 F . Turn over and roast another 1/2 hour. Cut up chicken and serve hot. | |
