2 Tbsp Hawaiian Rock Salt 4 Tbsp Liquid Smoke 1 Banana Leaf (or Ti leaf) rib removed 5 more Large Ti Leaves, ribs removed |

Instructions | |
Slash pork diagonally on all sides, approximately 1/2" apart. Rub salt into slits' then rub all sides with liquid smoke. Place ti leaves, even banana leaves. | |
