Ingredients | |
3/4 cup miso
3/4 cup Soy sauce 2/3 cup sugar 1 piece ginger, crushed 3-1/2 - 5 lbs. pork butt garlic |

Instructions | |
Combine niso, shoyu, sugar, ginger and garlic. Pour over pork in Dutch oven. Cover and simmer for 2-1/2 hours or until done. Spoon drippings over pork occasionally. | |
