Hawaiian Pork with Pineapple Recipe
Easy Recipes from Busy Bees Hawaii Collection "Hawn Pork w/Pineapple" ENJOY!
4 lbs. Boneless pork but, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 cup flour

2 Tbsp fat



1 can (#2-1/2) Pineapple chunks

1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)

Roll pork cubes in flour, then brown in fat.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add pineapple juice drained from can.  Cook over slow heat for about 30 minutes stirring frequently until tender. 

Add pineapple chunks and green pepper (optional) Cook for 5 more minutes.  Add MSG (optional).  Put into a serving dish and serve over rice.

8-10 servings
