5 lbs. chicken deboned (if preferred leave
bone in)
2 T Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup Hawaiian salt Chinese 5 spice, shake (darken salt to light brown) 2-3 cups sugar (for sweeter taste use 3 cups) 1 pork butt, sliced 1/4" - 1/2" thick |

Instructions |

Rub Hoisin sauce into chicken. Mix
salt with 5 spice, rub into chicken. Mix sugar with chicken and
stand overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees or hibachi (bbq grill) |
