5 lbs. pork spareribs
1 medium size, finger ginger root 1 cup ketchup 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup oyster sauce 1/2 medium size onion, minced |

Boil Ribs twice. Dump first boiling. On second boiling, smash and add ginger root. Turn off heat when water begins to boil; pour water out. Marinate in above mixture for 2-3 hours. Broil or BBQ just before serving. | |
